Maudsley Learning is a new, dynamic social enterprise with the vision to challenge attitudes and change lives. Their physical presence is ORTUS. As part of the arts programme at the ORTUS, Bethlem Gallery invited service users, local residents and staff to submit a line drawing on a postcard inspired by ideas around: learning, education, thought, mental health, research, wellbeing, or training. I was commissioned to curate and showcase the response to form a permanent installation in the building for visitors to explore and enjoy. The drawings have been placed with intent in relevant spaces as you journey around the building.
