Mental Health and Wellbeing

Project Outline

Population Health are a small team of independent registered public health specialists, passionate about improving health, especially for those unfairly disadvantaged. They were commissioned by a local area NHS Care System to focus in on Mental Health & Wellbeing and how to prevent, treat and support those in need. The assessments involved both data analysis and people led intelligence and perceptions to inform a strategy for change to happen.

A suite of three reports were created to build a clear picture and strong recommendations. Facts, Voices and ‘Act Now’. The suite of reports allow readers to delve into varying levels of detail. Act Now is a compilation of recommendations. The language in all reports is engaging and digestible communicating a strong course of action to move forward across the system.
